In the current issue of the Japanese journal Raymond Williams Studies No. 2, Yasuhiro Kondo has translated Daniel Williams’s ‘The Return of the Native’ which formed the introduction to Who Speaks for Wales: Nation, Culture, Identity (University of Wales Press, 2003. Reprinted 2008). I’m not sure what the title above says, but is taken form Shintaro Kono’s exellent blog.
